Abstract

Abstract. The study examines the peculiarities of economic turnover of land in Ukraine after the adoption of the 1996 Constitution, which established three forms of ownership: state, communal and private. Land has acquired the status of a commodity that can be sold, bought and generated profit. It is emphasized that the theoretical foundations of economic land turnover remain insufficiently developed. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the land market and the need to develop methods of economic responsibility of landowners, etc.
