Abstract

Since February 24, the citizens of Ukraine have been living in a new reality dictated by the military aggression of the Russian Federation. Under these conditions, the powers of the state to ensure immediate defense needs have been expanded. The requisitioning of land plots in wartime is a necessary tool to ensure national security and resource provision for military needs, but it must be carried out with transparency, fairness and compensation to land owners, in order to maintain the resilience of society and human rights.
