Впровадження європейського зеленого курсу в землевпорядкування в Україні: елемент «постачання чистої, доступної та безпечної енергії»

Abstract

Abstract: as a prospective member of the European Union, Ukraine must implement EUpolicies, including the European Green Deal. The urgency for this shift has intensified due to Russia’s aggression and disruptions in the energy market. However, current Ukrainian land legislation confines renewable energy facilities to “lands of industrial, transportation, communications, power, defense and other purpose” category only. Further restrictions arise from national electronic construction regulations, which strictly validate land-use data. To advance the “Delivering Clean, Affordable and Secure Energy” goal, it is proposed to expand permissible land categories for renewable energy facilities, taking into account protective zones and other relevant constraints.
