Abstract

В статті представлена теза доповіді учасника V Міжнар. наук.-практ. конф. «Формування сталого землекористування: проблеми та перспективи» 19 грудня 2024 р. м. КиївThis article explores the modelling of agrarian land use in Ukraine, focusing on the integration of human rights and agroecological principles. It analyses the impact of war, land market liberalization, and European integration on land use models. Emphasising the need for adaptation, the study proposes integrating human rights approaches, considering socio-economic and ecological factors, and adjusting model parameters. It argues that incorporating these elements is crucial for sustainable post-war recovery, aligning with UN declarations and FAO agroecological principles, and enhancing food security and social justice in Ukrainian agrarian sector.
