It promotes the development of rural areas by integrating production factors into a unified system. The principles of land legislation ensure equality of ownership rights, rational use, and protection of land. The land market has strategic importance for economic development, facilitating investment flows and transforming savings into the capitalization of rental income. During martial law, it is crucial to consider risks and dangers associated with farming in certain areas.
