Abstract

Дипломний проект виконаний відповідно із завданням: «Проект МЖК продуктивність 57 т за зміну. В тому числі 60% ВРХ та 40% свині без шкури». Дипломний проєкт складається з двох частин: пояснювальної записки та графічної частини. «Техніко-економічне обґрунтування» – в цьому розділі виражена економічна необхідність будівництва даної потужності. «Вибір і обґрунтування технологічних схем» – визначається вибір стандартних технологічних схем відповідно до сировини, що випускається даним комплексом. У пункті «Розрахунок сировини» здійснюється розрахунок сировини. У пункті «Вибір та розрахунок обладнання» проводиться аналіз наявного обладнання, розрахунок і підбір обладнання для цеху. Необхідна кількість електроенергії, води та пари, а також площа виробничих приміщень розраховано за пунктами «Розрахунок води та енергоносіїв» і «Розрахунок виробничих площ і компоновка виробничих приміщень». У пункті «Організація виробничого потоку» описується виробничий потік з вказанням способів та техніки подачі сировини у відділення, передачі сировини від машини до машини. У розділі «Будівельна частина» надано короткий опис промислової ділянки підприємства, будівельних матеріалів і конструкції головного виробничого корпусу. Пункт «Висновки» містить висновки щодо проєктуваного підприємства. «Список використаних літературних джерел» – перелік використаних матеріалів та літератури.The diploma project was completed in accordance with the task: “Project of the MZHK productivity of 57 tons per shift. In the item “Calculation of raw materials,” the calculation of raw materials is carried out. In the item “Selection and calculation of equipment,” the analysis, calculation, and selection of equipment for the workshop are carried out. The required amount of electricity, water, and steam, as well as the area of production premises, are calculated according to the items “Calculation of water and energy carriers” and “Calculation of production areas and layout of production premises”. The item "Organization of production flow" describes the production flow, including the methods and techniques for supplying raw materials to the department and transferring them from machine to machine. "The section 'Construction part' provides a brief description of the industrial site of the enterprise, building materials, and the design of the main production building. The "Conclusions" item contains conclusions about the designed enterprise. "List of used literary sources" – a list of materials and literature used.
