Abstract
Abstract. The implementation of the legislation on ecosystem payments into the legal field will receive a wide introduction of the concept of payments for ecosystem services into the mechanisms of environmental regulation. The introduction of ecosystem payments will provide an opportunity to actively influence the preservation of the ecosystem and the restoration of natural resources, which contributes to their sustainable development.
