Особливості розвитку державного земельного кадастру в період воєнного стану

Abstract

В статті представлена теза доповіді учасника V Міжнар. наук.-практ. конф. «Формування сталого землекористування: проблеми та перспективи» 19 грудня 2024 р. м. КиївMartial law in Ukraine has significantly impacted the State Land Cadastre, requiring adaptations to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility. Military actions alter land use, necessitating continuous monitoring and inventory assessments. Digitalization, automation, and enhanced data protection are critical for maintaining operations. Simplified land registration procedures and legal support programs, such as “Feodal,” help affected civilians. International expertise aids in adapting best practices. Ensuring reliable cadastral data is essential for effective land management and post-war recovery, supporting property rights, and facilitating Ukraine’s reconstruction.
