Abstract. The reconstructive features of spatial development are aimed at improving the quality of life of the population of Ukraine by optimizing the use of territories and infrastructure. These features include the restoration of destroyed facilities, integration of modern technologies, development of transport and social infrastructure, ensuring environmental safety and creating conditions for sustainable development. Effective spatial development planning contributes to the creation of a comfortable, safe and attractive living environment, which increases the well-being and social stability of the population.
