Оптимізація технологічних параметрів лабораторного розведення ендопаразита трихограми (Trichogramma spp.)

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження полягає у необхідності підвищення ефективності біологічного захисту рослин шляхом удосконалення технологічних параметрів лабораторного розведення трихограми. Особливо важливими є пошук оптимальних умов вирощування комахи-господаря, підвищення якості біоматеріалу та збереження його життєздатності під час зберігання. Це дозволяє забезпечити стабільне виробництво високоефективного ентомофага та розширити його застосування у сучасних системах інтегрованого захисту рослин. Об’єктом дослідження є процес лабораторного розведення ентомофага трихограми (Trichogramma spp.) та її комахи-господаря – млинової вогнівки (Ephestia kuehniella). Предметом дослідження є технологічні параметри масового вирощування трихограми, зокрема вплив складу кормового середовища комахи-господаря, умов діапаузування та додаткового живлення імаго на біологічні показники ентомофага. Метою роботи є оптимізація технологічних параметрів лабораторного розведення трихограми з метою підвищення її біологічної ефективності та якості біоматеріалу. Для досягнення поставленої мети були визначені такі завдання: – проаналізувати наукові джерела щодо біологічних особливостей трихограми та технологій її вирощування; – дослідити вплив складу кормового середовища на розвиток комахи-господаря (Ephestia kuehniella); – визначити оптимальні умови індукції та регулювання діапаузи трихограми; – оцінити вплив різних видів додаткового живлення на плодючість і тривалість життя імаго; – обґрунтувати оптимальні параметри лабораторного розведення трихограми для підвищення ефективності її використання.

The relevance of this study lies in the need to improve the effectiveness of biological plant protection by optimizing the technological parameters of laboratory-scale Trichogramma rearing. Of particular importance are the search for optimal conditions for rearing the host insect, improving the quality of the biomaterial, and preserving its viability during storage. This ensures the stable production of a highly effective entomopathogen and expands its application in modern integrated pest management systems. The subject of this study is the process of laboratory rearing of the entomophagous wasp Trichogramma spp. and its host insect, the meal moth (Ephestia kuehniella). The subject of the study is the technological parameters of mass rearing of Trichogramma, specifically the influence of the host insect’s feeding medium composition, diapause conditions, and supplemental feeding of adults on the biological indicators of the entomophagous insect. The objective of this work is to optimize the technological parameters of laboratory rearing of Trichogramma in order to improve its biological efficacy and the quality of the biomaterial. To achieve this goal, the following objectives were identified: – to analyze scientific sources on the biological characteristics of the trichogramma wasp and the technologies for its rearing; – to investigate the effect of the composition of the rearing medium on the development of the host insect (Ephestia kuehniella); – determine the optimal conditions for inducing and regulating the diapause of Trichogramma; – assess the effect of various types of supplemental feeding on the fertility and lifespan of adults; – establish the optimal parameters for laboratory rearing of Trichogramma to increase the efficiency of its use.
