Значення інвестиційної привабливості земель в ринкових умовах (на прикладі Чорнобаївської селищної громади)

Abstract

It is emphasized that the issue of investment attractiveness of territorial community lands in Ukraine remains relevant today and faces new challenges caused by martial law. Attention is focused on the high potential of agricultural land in the community. The factors of investment attractiveness that create favorable conditions for domestic and foreign investors are considered. Methodological approaches for assessing the investment attractiveness of land resources are proposed. Using the above approaches, the changes that will occur on the territory of the community are presented.
