Бакалаврська робота на тему «Біологічна характеристика Fomitopsis officinalis (Vill.: Fr.) Bond. et Sing. та використання його в біотехнологічних процесах» виконана на 35 сторінках друкованого тексту. Містить 4 рисунка та 8 таблиць. Опрацьовано 39 літературних джерел. Робота складається з таких розділів: зміст, вступ, огляд літератури, об’єкти та методи дослідження, результати дослідження, висновків та списку використаних джерел. Дослідження проводилося в лабораторії кафедри фізіології, біохімії рослин та біоенергетики Національного університету біоресурсів і природокористування України. Метою дослідження є детальне вивчення біологічних характеристик гриба Fomitopsis officinalis (Vill.: Fr.) Bond. et Sing., аналіз його біохімічного складу та оцінка перспектив використання в сучасних біотехнологічних процесах. Завдання роботи: – вивчення морфологічних та анатомічних особливостей плодових тіл Fomitopsis officinalis; – аналіз хімічного складу гриба та його біологічно активних речовин; – підбір оптимальних умов для культивування гриба in vitro; – дослідження антимікробної та антиоксидантної активності екстрактів; – визначення перспектив промислового використання гриба. Предмет дослідження: культури гриба Fomitopsis officinalis на різних живильних середовищах та його біологічно активні речовини. Об’єкт дослідження: міцеліальні культури та плодові тіла Fomitopsis officinalis.The bachelor's thesis on the topic "Biological characteristics of Fomitopsis officinalis (Vill.: Fr.) Bond. et Sing. and its application in biotechnological processes" is presented on 35 pages of printed text. It contains 4 figures and 8 tables. A total of 39 literary sources were reviewed. The thesis consists of the following sections: contents, introduction, literature review, objects and methods of research, research results, conclusions and list of references. The research was conducted in the laboratory of the Department of Plant Physiology, Biochemistry and Bioenergetics of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine. The aim of the study is a detailed investigation of the biological characteristics of the fungus Fomitopsis officinalis (Vill.: Fr.) Bond. et Sing., analysis of its biochemical composition and assessment of prospects for application in modern biotechnological processes. Objectives of the thesis: – study of morphological and anatomical features of fruiting bodies of Fomitopsis officinalis; – analysis of the chemical composition of the fungus and its biologically active substances; – selection of optimal conditions for cultivation of the fungus in vitro; – investigation of antimicrobial and antioxidant activity of extracts; – determination of prospects for industrial application of the fungus. Subject of research: cultures of Fomitopsis officinalis on various nutrient media and its biologically active substances. Object of research: mycelial cultures and fruiting bodies of Fomitopsis officinalis.
