Екологічна стійкість як основа сталого розвитку урбанізованих територій

Abstract

В статті представлена теза доповіді учасника V Міжнар. наук.-практ. конф. «Формування сталого землекористування: проблеми та перспективи» 19 грудня 2024 р. м. КиївThe article examines the challenges and opportunities for ensuring the environmental sustainability of urbanized areas in conditions of intensive urbanization and armed conflict. Modern approaches to spatial planning aimed at reducing the negative impact on the environment are analyzed. The experience of countries implementing environmentally oriented strategies is studied, in particular, the use of green infrastructure, renewable energy sources and sustainable transport. Recommendations are proposed for the integration of environmental principles into the development of urban areas of Ukraine in order to improve the quality of life and harmonize the relationship between nature and man.
