The agricultural land capital market in Ukraine is an important regulator of land redistribution and transfer of ownership rights. The land market has strategic importance for economic development, facilitating investment flows and transforming savings into the capitalization of rental income. During martial law, it is crucial to consider risks and dangers associated with farming in certain areas
