Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота на тему «Оптимізація умов екстрагування астрагалозиду IV з рослин роду Astragalus» в обсязі 49 сторінок комп’ютерного тексту формату А4, що включають вступ, огляд літератури, матеріали та методи дослідження та результати досліджень, зокрема містить 2 рисунки, 5 таблиць, 42 використаних джерела. Метою дослідження є оптимізація умов екстракції астрагалозиду IV з рослинної сировини Astragalus dasyanthus за допомогою ультразвукової екстракції. Завдання дослідження: – Проаналізувати літературні джерела щодо біологічних особливостей Astragalus dasyanthus, його фітохімічного складу та фармакологічної цінності астрагалозиду IV. – Обґрунтувати вибір екстрагентів та умов ультразвукової екстракції та отримати серію екстрактів з використанням різних розчинників, температур та тривалості ультразвукової обробки. – Ідентифікувати астрагалозид IV методом тонкошарової хроматографії. – Виконати кількісне визначення астрагалозиду IV денситометричним аналізом. – Провести порівняльний аналіз ефективності екстракції залежно від умов процесу та визначити оптимальні параметри. Об’єктом дослідження є рослинна сировина Astragalus dasyanthus. Предметом дослідження є процес екстракції астрагалозиду IV та вплив технологічних параметрів на її ефективність. У роботі було використано наступні методи досліджень: фітохімічні та біотехнологічні, хроматографічні, денсидометричні та статистичні.

The qualification thesis entitled «Optimization of extraction conditions for astragaloside IV plants of the Astragalus species» in the amount of 49 pages of computer text in A4 format, including an introduction, a literature review, materials and methods, and research results. The thesis contains 2 pictures, 5 tables, 42 used sources. The aim of the study was to optimize the extraction conditions of astragaloside IV from the plant material of Astragalus dasyanthus using ultrasound-assisted extraction. The objectives of the study were: – to analyze literature sources concerning the biological characteristics of Astragalus dasyanthus, its phytochemical composition, and the pharmacological significance of astragaloside IV; – to substantiate the selection of extractants and ultrasound extraction conditions and to obtain a series of extracts using different solvents, temperatures, and durations of ultrasound treatment; – to identify astragaloside IV by thin-layer chromatography; – to perform quantitative determination of astragaloside IV using densitometric analysis; – to conduct a comparative analysis of extraction efficiency depending on process conditions and determine the optimal extraction parameters. The object of the study was the plant raw material of Astragalus dasyanthus. The subject of the study was the extraction process of astragaloside IV and the influence of technological parameters on its efficiency. The following research methods were used in the work: phytochemical, biotechnological, chromatographic, densitometric, and statistical methods.
