Abstract. The study examines the methodology for planning the sustainable use and protection of land at the national, regional, and local levels, which involves a comprehensive approach to land resource management. In particular, emphasis is placed on integrated planning that harmonizes the economic, environmental, and social aspects of land use while ensuring its rational exploitation without harming the environment. Special attention is given to coordination between different levels of governance, facilitating the alignment of strategic state policy decisions with practical measures at the local level.
