Abstract. The article discusses the importance of nature reserve lands for the life of society. It is noted that nature reserves have economic potential and social significance. Therefore, one of the main challenges for Ukraine in war conditions is the preservation and restoration of natural ecosystems. The search for innovative methods for the restoration of natural resources and the preservation of biodiversity is a critically important aspect of land resource management in the period of military conflict and post-war reconstruction.
