Abstract

Abstract: territorial planning in Ukraine is a function of the public sector aimed at influencing the future distribution of territory, the distribution of activities in certain territories, in accordance with the availability of land and other natural and human resources. Planning for the use and protection of land and other natural resources performs the functions of zoning by types (subtypes) of land use, creating territorial restrictions (encumbrances) in the use of land and other natural resources. Land use planning is directed at a specific territory or space, and the subject of consideration is the form of land use in its social context.
