The study analyzes the opportunities and challenges of achieving Indicator 15.3 of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, which aims to halt land degradation and restore ecosystems, in the context of martial law and military recovery. The main factors contributing to land resource degradation due to military actions are examined, including the destruction of natural landscapes, pollution of soils and water bodies, and uncontrolled land use. The possibilities of restoration mechanisms and the rational use of land in the post-war period are analyzed, including international environmental initiatives, state programs, and innovative approaches to land resource management.
