Стратегія оптимізації землекористування мегаполісу: економічний підхід до сталого розвитку

Abstract

В статті представлена теза доповіді учасника V Міжнар. наук.-практ. конф. «Формування сталого землекористування: проблеми та перспективи» 19 грудня 2024 р. м. КиївThe study examines the problems of land management in Kyiv in the context of intensive urbanization and population growth. A concept for optimizing land use has been developed that takes into account the economic needs of the city and the need to preserve natural areas. The dynamics of changes in land use, in particular the expansion of residential, commercial and industrial zones, as well as the impact of urbanization on the environmental situation in the city, have been analyzed. Key aspects that should be taken into account when developing a strategy for sustainable development of Kyiv, which will ensure a balance between economic development and preservation of ecological balance, have been identified.
