Abstract

The concepts of "project" is a close part of our daily lives, and the modern environment is a world of projects that must be implemented to achieve the goal, in a given period of time and within available resources. To obtain the desired result, projects require constant management, which is the purposeful coordination of the necessary actions to achieve the goals. The purpose of the discipline is to teach students the basics of projecting, the acquisition of skills to use the acquired knowledge for the effective implementation of the project solutions in the practical activities of the enterprise. The subject of the discipline "Basics of Business Projecting" is the study of theoretical concepts and methodologies of project development, basic approaches and criteria for determining and justifying the choice of change.
