Abstract
The work presents generalizing modern directions of spatial development of sustainable land use within districts, territorial communities and industrial complexes. The essence of the mutual coordination system of measures for land protection and the prospects for the development of various branches of the economy, the formation of sustainable land ownership and land use are revealed.
