| dc.description.abstract | The conditions and efficiency of knowledge transfer in the business environment of the agroindustrial complex are changing, which creates prerequisites for changing the dominant mechanism of innovative development. It is predicted that in Ukraine, the interactive mechanism of knowledge transfer will change to a mechanism of interpersonal communication, which will be initiated by foreign knowledge spillovers. It is proposed to start in advance the formation of a pool of scientific and technical specialists, state and venture capital of donor countries and representatives of the entrepreneurial environment of Ukraine to participate in the innovative reconstruction of post-war Ukraine. | |
