Abstract

In agriculture, the fundamental principles of the European Green Deal are reflected in the Farm to Fork Strategy. It aims to make food systems fair, healthy and environmentally friendly, benefiting consumers, producers and the environment in equal measure. The goal is also to ensure food security in the face of climate change and biodiversity loss and to facilitate a global transition to competitive sustainable development.
