Considers the conceptual directions of the transformation of the law «On Land Organization», which should be based on the paradigm of «latest land planning», which provides for the transition of the existing methodology of land planning design «land plot – mode of its use – land use as a set of land plots – territory» to the latest – «space – territory – land use system – land use regime – land plot».
