Особливості європейського досвіду функціонування ринку землі та його перспективи в українських реаліях

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the European experience of the functioning of the land market and to present its prospects in Ukraine. The main factors that prevent the full functioning and development of the land market are highlighted, such as the use of shadow lands and widespread corruption in land relations. It has been established that the law «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Transfer of Agricultural Land» will promote the realization of private property rights on agricultural land and ensure the expansion of investment activities for the development of the country’s agriculture.
