Abstract
Comprehensive territorial community development planning involves integrating
diverse data and viewpoints to create strategies for sustainable territorial growth. This process
necessitates attention to land use data, urban planning, and citizen input. By leveraging
geoinformation technologies, a balanced approach is achieved, considering geographic, economic,
sociocultural, and ecological factors. Effective planning requires coordinated documentation,
analysis, and the incorporation of modern technologies.
