Abstract
As a result of the Russian full-scale invasion, Ukraine became one of the most mined
countries in the world. The total area of mined territories in Ukraine as a result of Russian aggression
is 174 thousand square kilometers, which is twice the area of Austria [1]. Currently, the territories
of Kherson region, Kharkiv region, Mykolaiv region, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk region, Sumy region,
and Chernihiv region are the most contaminated with explosive objects. Contamination of territories
with explosive objects is one of the primary deterrents to the restoration of tourist facilities in the
liberated territories of Ukraine.
