Abstract

На сьогоднішній день складно уявити освічену людину без знань з права. Закони, правові норми, право, супроводжують людину все її життя, тому щоб правильно та вміло користуватися своїми правами, але при цьому не порушувати права та законні інтереси інших, виконувати свої обов’язки тощо, потрібно бути обізнаним з питань права. Саме правова культура, правова обізнаність особи, правова свідомість відіграють важливу роль у передумові формування громадянського суспільства, оскільки надає людині необхідні знання з права, поважати верховенство права, дотримуватись законів та норм права. Враховуючи це, навчальний посібник спрямований на підвищення рівня правової обізнаності у здобувачів вищої освіти, на розуміння значення навчальної дисципліни «Правова культура особистості», допоможе сформувати у здобувачів вищої освіти знання про роль та значення правової культури особи, правової поведінки, цінності механізму правового регулювання суспільних відносин тощо.Today, it is difficult to imagine an educated person without knowledge of law. Laws, legal norms, and rights accompany a person throughout their life, so in order to correctly and skilfully exercise one's rights, but at the same time not violate the rights and legitimate interests of others, fulfil one's obligations, etc., one needs to be knowledgeable about legal issues. It is legal culture, legal awareness and legal consciousness that play an important role in the prerequisite for the formation of a civil society, as they provide a person with the necessary knowledge of law, respect for the rule of law, and compliance with laws and legal norms. With this in mind, the textbook aims to raise the level of legal awareness among higher education students and help them understand the importance of the academic discipline "Legal Culture of the Individual." It will help higher education students develop knowledge about the role and importance of an individual's legal culture, legal behaviour, the value of the mechanism of legal regulation of social relations, etc.
