Національний університет біоресурсів і природокористування України. Київ, 2019. У дисертації досліджено актуальні питання паювання майна колективних сільськогосподарських підприємств. Проведено аналіз поняття «майновий пай», ознаки майнового паю, паювання майна, ознаки паювання майна, принципів паювання майна, функції паювання майна, генезису законодавства у сфері паювання майна колективних сільськогосподарських підприємств в Україні. Досліджено особливості правовідносин у сфері паювання майна колективних сільськогосподарських підприємств в Україні. Проаналізовано питання судових спорів щодо майнових паїв колективного сільськогосподарського підприємства, проведено класифікацію судових спорів щодо майнових паїв колективних сільськогосподарських підприємств, визначено відповідальність за порушення законодавства у сфері паювання майна колективних сільськогосподарських підприємствuk_UA
