The dissertation is devoted to the problem of formation of communicative competence of future specialists of tourist services using interactive technologies. The results of theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the problem of research are presented; key concepts of the study are described; peculiarities of forming of communicative competence of students studying in the specialty «Tourism» are analyzed; the basic structural components of communicative competence were identified and analyzed. The concept of «communicative competence» has been clarified. The components of communicative competence of future professionals of tourist services with use of interactive technologies have been found out. The content of structural components of communicative competence is revealed; principles and pedagogical conditions of formation of communicative competence of future specialists of tourist services are characterized; a model of this process is presented; the criteria, indicators and levels of communication competence of future tourism service professionals have been determined; the selection of interactive learning technologies that will contribute to the formation of communicative competence. The organization of experimental research is considered; the course and results of pedagogical experiment on checking the effectiveness of grounded pedagogical conditions of formation of communicative competence of future specialists of tourist services (using interactive technologies at all stages of formation of communicative competence, involvement of students in practical activity on the specifics of the field, introduction of special training course «Local history and communicative culture») analysis of results of ascertaining and forming stages of pedagogical experiment are presented and confirmed their authenticity. The results of a formative pedagogical experiment proved the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and certain components of the model of communicative competence formation of future specialists of tourist services, which is confirmed by the data of statistical and mathematical processing of empirical data. Methodical recommendations for teachers of formation of communicative competence of future specialists of tourist service in the educational process is written. Developed methodical recommendations on the formation of communicative competence of future specialists of tourist services theoretically justified, are practical in nature and can be used by teachers to develop students' communicative competence of students of tourism service in the institutions of higher educationuk_UA
dc.description.abstractДисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук зі спеціальності 13.00.04 «Теорія і методика професійної освіти». Національний університет біоресурсів і природокористування України. Київ, 2019. Дисертацію присвячено проблемі формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців туристичного обслуговування із застосуванням інтерактивних технологій. Розкрито сутність та сформульовано зміст поняття «комунікативна компетентність». З’ясовано складові досліджуваного поняття для студентів-туристів. Виокремлено та теоретично обґрунтовано дидактичні принципи навчання. Теоретично обґрунтовано та практично реалізовано педагогічні умови, розроблено модель формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців туристичного обслуговування. Визначено критерії, схарактеризовані рівні стану сформованості комунікативної компетентності студентів-туристів. Схарактеризовано інтерактивні технології навчання, що допоможуть підвищити рівень сформованості комунікативної компетентності у студентів. Результатами констатувального та формувального педагогічного експерименту доведено ефективність педагогічних умов та визначених складових моделі формування комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців туристичного обслуговування, що підтверджено даними статистичноматематичної обробки емпіричних данихuk_UA
