Дисертаційна робота присвячена дослідженню питань професійної
підготовки фахівців економічного профілю у Німеччині. Визначено особливості
структури, змісту, форм, методів професійної підготовки фахівців економічного
профілю у закладах вищої освіти Німеччини (диференціація змісту і тривалості
бакалаврських програм, ступінь бакалавра і магістра як головна й додаткова
кваліфікація, дуальне навчання, білінгвальні магістерські програми). Уточнено
структуру й зміст бакалаврських і магістерських програм економічного
спрямування у державних і приватних закладах вищої освіти Федеративної
Республіки Німеччина (інтернаціоналізація фахових дисциплін, широкий спектр
вибіркових дисциплін і модулів, запровадження «практичного семестру»).
Конкретизовано критерії вступу до закладів вищої освіти Німеччини для
майбутніх фахівців економічного профілю (Numerus clausus, список очікування).
Обґрунтовано доцільність використання досвіду закладів вищої освіти
Німеччини різних типів у процесі професійної підготовки фахівців економічного
профілю в Україні (наближення змісту навчання до потреб як виробничого, так і
невиробничого сектора економіки; встановлення вимоги до викладачів фахових
дисциплін щодо наявності стажу роботи за спеціальністю; визначення
обов’язкової кількості фахових дисциплін, які студенти повинні вивчати
іноземними мовами; запровадження бакалаврського проєкту як обов’язкової
складового складника плану підготовки фахівців економічного профілю)

The thesis for the scientific degree of the Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences by
the specialty 13.00.04 – Theory and Methodology of Vocational Education. – National
University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2021.
The thesis is devoted to the study of professional training of economic specialists
in Germany. The features of structure, content, forms, methods of professional training
of economic specialists in German higher education institutions (differentiation of
content and duration of Bachelor programmes, Bachelor and Master Degrees as main
and secondary, dual training, bilingual Master programmes) are defined. The structure
and content of Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes in economics at public and
private higher education institutions in the Federal Republic of Germany was clarified
(internationalisation of professional disciplines, wide range of elective disciplines and
modules, introduction of "practical semester"). The criteria for admission to German
higher education institutions for future economic specialists (Numerus clausus, waiting
list) are concretized. The expediency of using the experience of German higher
educational institutions of various types in the process of vocational training of
economic specialists in Ukraine are defined (approximation of training content to the
needs of both industrial and nonindustrial sector of the economy, setting the
requirement for teachers of special courses of work experience in the specialty, the
definition of a mandatory number of professional courses that students should study in
foreign languages; the implementation of a bachelor's project as a compulsory
component of the study plan for economists).
The following areas of practical use of the German experience of professional
training of agricultural economists in the educational process of higher educational
institutions in Ukraine are considered: shortening the training period for future
economists to obtain a Bachelor's degree to three years of study, which would

accelerate the training of economic specialists for domestic small and medium-sized
enterprises and achieve a more rational use of human resources; implementing a dual
system of education for future economic specialists, modelled on professional higher
education schools in Germany, in order to strengthen the practical orientation of the
educational process and improve the qualifications of graduates; strengthening the
practical component of training plans for economists by increasing the number of
internships or lengthening their duration; regulating the minimum number of courses
that must be taught in English, leaving the right to choose the list of courses to be taught
by higher education institutions; implementation of a two-week introductory internship
for those entering economics, which will help to determine their suitability for this
profession and their self-determination in choosing a profession.
Such aspects as differentiation of bachelor and master training programmes for
future economists, modification of the content of their training, internationalisation of
the professional training of economists, development of practical training programmes
require further study
