Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня доктора економічних наук за спеціальністю 08.00.04 – економіка та управління підприємствами (за видами економічної діяльності). – Національний університет біоресурсів і природокористування України, Київ, 2016.
У дисертаційній роботі науково обґрунтовано загальнотеоретичне тлумачення поняття «розвиток соціально-економічних систем» для визначення головної цілі при формуванні результативної системи управління розвитком підприємств. Розроблено системну методологію формування результативного управління розвитком підприємств, яка базується на: соціально-економічній концепції влади, науковому тлумаченні понять «результативне управління», «результативність», пріоритету орієнтаційних поглядів у системі напрямів дій, розширеному відображенні її складових та аналітичному осмисленні наукових положень у системі теорій і вимог законів розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств, передумов забезпечення розвитку соціально-економічних систем. Сформовано методологічні засади розвитку сільськогосподарських підприємств та менеджменту в контексті якісно змінюваних процесів в системі відносин. Обґрунтовано наукові засади формування портфеля стратегій розвитку підприємств на вимогах синергетичної методології, нової парадигми стратегічного розвитку соціально-економічних систем, принципів управління їх стратегічним розвитком. Поглиблено тлумачення поняття «синергетика» для обґрунтування складових концепції розвитку соціально-економічних систем, формування потенціалу та результативної системи управління сільськогосподарськими підприємствами на синергетичних засадах. Удосконалено науковий підхід до формування системи комплексного забезпечення реалізації концепції стратегічного розвитку підприємств на синергетичних засадах із забезпеченням їх конкурентоспроможності

On the basis of generalization of theoretical and methodological provisions of formation of effective management system of agricultural enterprises development it is established ambiguity in approaches to disclosing of essence of concept "development of socio-economic systems” and fuzzy certainty of its target orientation. The basis for meaningful interpretation of this category is based on the requirements of the guidelines as essential to the completeness, consistency, energeticness, harmonious balance of development areas and focus of activities of the organizations of the organic unity of ecological, social and economic components as a systemic whole.
From the standpoint of ensuring the dynamic development of enterprises as socio-economic systems it is proposed to carry out the development process in the following sequence of development: values, organizational culture, organizational climate, organizational behavior, organizational interaction etc. The emphasis is on reducing the time lag in conducting system changes in the activities of agricultural enterprises. It is justifies the methodological approach to formation of a portfolio of strategies and mechanisms for their implementation on the directions of regional development of socio-economic systems, allocated in 6 regional groups.
In methodological aspect the logic of the formation of the principles is justified as a system of integrity in the performance management strategic development of enterprises. On the basis of systematization of the theoretical positions of the synergies and the actual author's understanding of the synergetic methodology the synergies’ principals are generated with the opening of their essential characteristics.
It is developed the algorithm of the scientific research of effective management formation of the agricultural enterprises development.
It is developed the systematic methodology of formation of efficient management and harmonious development of enterprises, which is based on the socio-economic concept of power, theoretical positions, the laws of development, the objectives, evaluation criteria, target priorities and the priorities of potential views in the system of actions of the extended system of performance management that will increase the level of formed organizational entity and management as a system clinostat and to promote socio-economic growth in their strategic development.
It is formed the methodological basis for the development of socio-economic systems and management in the context of the quality-changing processes in the activity system: authority, personal, personal-authority, subject-to-subject, subject-object, social-labor, target settings according to the quantitative and qualitative parameters of environmental, social and economic development indicators for substantiation of structural rationality in the process of the interaction system. Emphasis is placed on ensuring a balance between specialized split synthesis and integration as integrity, which will determine the rational relationship level of harmony and balance in the systems.
In general, systemic-functional and synergetic approaches of the general methodology to evaluate the impact of management efficiency are formed the basis for the development of methodological tools to assess the performance of the individual subsystems of management that are reflected in the system of integrated models, namely: strategic, organizational, competitive, innovative, human, crisis development, management profile, system-synergetic, intellectual potential, company image, competitiveness, organizational interactions, level of competitiveness of enterprises, strategies for long-term investments, investment attractiveness, economic security and business reputation.
Based on the study results position about the priority of the management in ensuring the success of agricultural enterprises factor variables their influence on the outcomes of management is confirmed.
The scientific principles are justified, which include: a new paradigm for strategic development of organizations, the system of the created prerequisites (17) positions, technology of building successful portfolio strategies, principles of formation of effective system of strategic development of enterprises, the complex formed a prerequisite for fulfilling the potential of management the strategic development of organisational formations.
The scientific approach is justified to the formation of complex impact on the productive indicators of management in implementing the concept of strategic development of enterprises and enhance their competitiveness.The scientific basis for the strategic orientation are justified, which encompass: the major strategic criteria, the set of conditions ensure a high level of validity of the strategic goal areas organizational development groups, project background provide a synergistic effect, the scientific background of the development of the criteria framework for the assessment of a new quality system clinostat and their structural rationalities, a plan with reasonable goals and objectives of enterprises and the implementation of their requirements principles for the development of organizational units and the methodology for their systematization in the context of performance management of enterprises.
